Joint compound dust on top of every door casing, adhesive on the tubs, paint on the window glass, buckets and offcuts stacked in the garage. We clear all of it and haul it to a licensed facility — so the walkthrough happens on schedule.
Get a firm quote (407) 528-6140About two thirds of our work comes from general contractors, remodelers and property managers who just finished. The rest is landlords and homeowners with a cleanout or a list of small fixes.
The one before handoff. Dust from every horizontal surface including casings and sill tracks, adhesive and paint off glass and tile, fixtures polished, floors done last.
Loaded by hand into our dump trailer and taken to a licensed transfer station. Tile, concrete and shingles are quoted separately because those are billed by weight.
Apartment and condo turnovers, foreclosures, estate clear-outs. Everything out, space swept and wiped, ready to show or re-let.
Non-structural only: patching, caulking, hardware, door adjustments, the eleven small things holding up a walkthrough.
This order is not a preference, it is the difference between one visit and three. Anyone who has handed a house back to a builder has learned it the hard way at least once.
Vacuum the tops of door casings, window sills and tracks, ledges, fan blades and the top of every cabinet run — dry, before a wet rag touches anything. Construction dust is mostly gypsum. Wipe it damp first and you have paste in the grain, and now it is a two-day job.
Tub and shower residue, label glue on appliances and glass, overspray on frames. This is the step that separates a rough clean from a final clean, and it is where the hours actually go.
Interior glass both sides, mirrors, plates and switches, hinges and pulls.
Vacuum then damp mop, finishing at the exit so nothing gets walked back across.
We walk it with the superintendent or the owner before we load the trailer, so anything flagged gets handled while the crew is still on site.
Firm price given before we schedule. Heavy debris and long carries are called out in the quote rather than added later.

Boullosa Services Constructions LLC is a Florida company operating out of 252 Oak Ridge Road in Orlando. Our own crew does the work — there is no call centre, no franchise desk and no subcontracting layer between the customer and the people carrying the debris. Revenue is labour plus disposal fees, billed directly by the LLC.
We hand over four to six houses a month and they have never held up a walkthrough. They know to do the casings dry before anything else, which sounds trivial until you have watched a crew that does not.
— Site superintendent, Winter ParkTenant left a two-bedroom full of furniture. Quoted flat, cleared in a day, and I had it listed the same week.
— Landlord, KissimmeePost-remodel on my kitchen. There was adhesive on the new tile I was sure would never come off. It came off.
